Topocad 19 is here!

A new version of Topocad is out there with a lot of exciting news and enhanced features.

What is new then?

There are more and better CAD functions in the new version. Among other things, there is now object focus where you quickly mark the object you are working with and the rest of the map is shaded or not displayed at all, depending on the setting you selected.

A delivery button allows you to choose what you want to deliver from the topx file, such as external references, control codes, project settings, etc., and is then saved in a new folder.

A new function for moving the scale bar and north arrow in the drawing sheet is requested and is now in place. You can also create a new line type that contains circles.

Now, importing KML files is possible. An improved IFC import with filter function and link incoming metadata to the own attributes. The attributes can also have metadata.

A useful feature is Compare layers to layers in the drawing, where you can choose to delete or import the differences, for example.

A really cool function is that it is now possible to pour water on a terrain model. Topocad shows which direction the water takes and where the ponds are formed.

In the section template there is a new smart function for testing the section template, where you can simulate how a terrain will look.
