When you need a CAD system without all of the functionality available in the basic module, Topocad Engineer is the module for you.

It contains CAD features like Draw polyline, Draw point, Circle, Radius, Copy, Move, Rotate, Measure, Connect, Divide, Stretch, Break, Trim, Explode, Extend, Layer manager and other CAD commands.

All imports and exports are available, and other commands that Topocad Reader PLUS has, are also included.
